Summary Court (المحكمة الجزئية)
The statement of claim is submitted in Arabic through the Najiz portal and registered at the court, on A4 paper with 2.5 cm margins, 12 point type and numbered paragraphs. It opens with the court and the parties, then the dated facts, the documents, the requests and the signature. This set is limited to summary matters in which a person attends in person. Where the claimant is a company or the circuit requires authorised representation, the documents must be signed and filed by an authorised representative; this tool does not act as that representative and does not create a power of attorney.
SAR — Jurisdiction is divided between the Summary Court and the General Court under the Judiciary Law, the decisions of the Supreme Judicial Council and the type and value of the claim. Confirm which court registers your claim before preparing the document set.

General Court (المحكمة العامة)
The same format is used: an Arabic statement of claim with numbered paragraphs, dated facts, documents, requests and a signature, submitted through Najiz and registered at the General Court. The factual boundary remains: where a party is a company or the commercial circuit requires authorised representation, the document is signed by an authorised representative, and this tool does not give legal advice and does not replace an authorised representative.
SAR — A claim goes to the General Court when the amount claimed falls outside the Summary Court's jurisdiction or when the kind of claim belongs to it; this is confirmed at registration.

Why filings get sent back
- The statement of claim is submitted in a language other than Arabic without a certified translation, so the registration desk does not accept it: Arabic is the language of the courts.

The language you read here and the language of the documents are set separately.
Document language: العربية. This is set by the court, not by the language you are reading now.
- العربية (Required)
Arabic is the official language of the courts, as article 1 of the Law of Procedure before Sharia Courts provides. A statement of claim written in another language is not accepted, and any translation must be certified by an approved translator. The document set is therefore always produced in Arabic, even when you read the guided steps in English.

Disclosure: what this document set is and what it does not cover
This set was assembled by a document preparation tool that organises the facts you supplied and aligns the page format to the registration requirements published for the court named on the cover. It is a format-and-fact organisation aid. It does not give legal advice of any kind, it does not create an advisory relationship, it does not replace a licensed lawyer or an authorised representative, and no lawyer has reviewed your documents. No opinion is offered on the strength of any position or on which rule applies. You remain responsible for the contents of everything you file, for meeting every deadline set by the regulations or by the court, and for taking advice from a licensed lawyer about your situation. Every format rule in this set is listed with its source so that you can check it yourself.
I have read this disclosure and I understand that this set is a format-and-fact organisation aid, that it is not legal advice, that no lawyer has reviewed my documents, that the statement of claim is filed in Arabic, and that in circuits where representation is required by the regulations it must be undertaken by an authorised representative.

Confirm you understand: citations are not verified
The system does not check whether a citation is real. You are responsible for checking each one in the official database: Bureau of Experts at the Council of Ministers legal database (laws.boe.gov.sa) and the Najiz judgment search (najiz.sa).
Check each citation yourself in the Bureau of Experts legal database and in the Najiz judgment search: confirm that the law or regulation exists, that the article you cite is the one in force, and that no later amendment or decision has changed it.
